Deep exceeded my expectations! Had a very enjoyable experience; eyebrow threading, lip threading, and an eyelash lift. She took the time to draw where I was overplucking my eyebrows so I could grow them out, moreover, my eyelashes were in bad shape from a previous experience else where, Deep worked a miracle on them! To my surprise she even gave me a hand massage! I ll definitely be back =) Thanks again Deep!

I went in because the place I usually go to is far from my workplace and needed to get it done asap. I looked at the reviews first just to feel safe because I've had terrible eyebrow threading experience that basically just scarred me for life. First of, the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and patient. I never felt rushed. Sim was so understanding when I explained that I only wanted it cleaned up and keep it as thick as possible because I'm actually on a venture on trying to get my natural thick eyebrows back since I've done too much damage since high school. She outlined my eyebrows for a guide and showed it to me for my opinion. Then she gave me a really nice massage with my choice of gel & even perfectly put make up on it to finish it off. Then when I went to pay, the receptionist asked if I wanted water/chai tea to go. Like, I've never had anyone at any salon ask me that. I left feeling beautiful, calm and so satisfied. It cost $24 for the eyebrows and I usually pay $5 at my usual place but honestly that $24 is soooooo worth it. I think I'm gonna start going here now 🙂
