I have been coming here for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. Their online booking system is super easy and my appointments are always on time. I see Ruby every few weeks and she always does an amazing job. I am very particular about my eyebrows and I always leave happy. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I booked an appointment online with Ruby for lash lift + tint, and arrived 30 minutes early to ask if I could add eyebrow threading/under-arm waxing to my session. Ruby made sure to discuss my decision regarding the lash lift + tint; since my eyelashes are fine and sparse, she made sure that I understood that my outcome would be different from the samples you would usually see online. I appreciate her concern considering everyone has different expectations, but thankfully I understood that my results wouldn't be too dramatic, yet I still loved them anyway. Great work from her! The eyebrow threading was painless compared to the other places I visit, and she provided some complimentary hand and eyebrow massages that were gentle and relaxing. I love how clean my eyebrows look and appreciate how informative she was on what eyebrow shape best suits my face. Then I asked for under arm waxing, so she proceeded with the consultation and informed me that it wouldn't be worth it to go through with the process yet, and told me to wait a couple weeks before coming back to get them waxed properly. She knows what she's doing. I recommend this place to anyone, great service, modest pricing, and a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 from me.

At first I thought paying $32 for eyebrow threading was ridiculous until it was done.... definitely worth every single penny.
