I’ve been coming here since 2015 or maybe early 2016 and love it - I have absolutely no plans to go anywhere else. I’ve seen others at this location and also through Bombay Brow locations, but no one I’ve seen it even come close to topping my experience with Ruby. She has a gentle soul and always has me feeling comfortable from the start. I’m so happy to have seen that they’ve maintained COVID protocols too through out the past year and a half. The reception staff have always been so chill and amazing to talk with too, I love this place! I talk about blink bar whenever I can with people I know because I honestly love the service I get from their customer service staff and my preferred person there 🙂

I was greeted swiftly and warmly by the ladies at Blink upon arrival. Naina helped me today with an eyebrow threading appointment and was courteous and professional. She is precise with her work and I felt like I was in good hands. I’d recommend Blink for anybody looking to get their eyebrows threaded, rest assured you’d be in good hands!

I went in because the place I usually go to is far from my workplace and needed to get it done asap. I looked at the reviews first just to feel safe because I've had terrible eyebrow threading experience that basically just scarred me for life. First of, the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and patient. I never felt rushed. Sim was so understanding when I explained that I only wanted it cleaned up and keep it as thick as possible because I'm actually on a venture on trying to get my natural thick eyebrows back since I've done too much damage since high school. She outlined my eyebrows for a guide and showed it to me for my opinion. Then she gave me a really nice massage with my choice of gel & even perfectly put make up on it to finish it off. Then when I went to pay, the receptionist asked if I wanted water/chai tea to go. Like, I've never had anyone at any salon ask me that. I left feeling beautiful, calm and so satisfied. It cost $24 for the eyebrows and I usually pay $5 at my usual place but honestly that $24 is soooooo worth it. I think I'm gonna start going here now 🙂
