The staff were courteous and friendly. I arrived well before my appointment time but was offered a seat to wait and Chai tea! The atmosphere is cozy, place is clean and comfortable and there was music to listen to. I had my eyebrows threaded and was pleased with the result. Afterwards I had an eyebrow massage and make up done. A service well worth the price!

I love this location. Thoughtful pre-booking reminders, complimentary chai or water while you wait. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The threading appointment itself is quite painless, and comes with a nice hand massage and soothing gel. I get the tinting as well, which is applied neatly so you don't feel like you'll scare strangers when you leave. If you're headed out afterwards, they'll help you fill things in so you look great. I have even had my eyebrows reshaped here and I am very pleased with the results.
